    When booking a tour through Kangaroo Island Trails website, full payment is required at time of booking. Cancellation of a booking will incur the following fees:

    • NO refund is provided to guests for non-attendance at scheduled tour time.
    • Guests can reschedule tour if required, however need to ensure that more than 48 hours’ notice is provided to Kangaroo Island Trails via telephone confirmation on +61 458 471 419.
    • All bookings cancelled within 7 days of scheduled departure will incur a 50% charge of tour costs.
    • Alternatively, a credit can be held for the guest to use within a 24-month time frame.
    • All bookings cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled departure will not receive a refund.
    • If cancellation occurs due to COVID-19, a full refund will be given but a medical certificate will be required.
    • In order to waive all cancellation fees outside of Covid and receive a full refund even when cancelling up to 24 hours prior to departure, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE as from time to time unexpected things do happen to disrupt your holiday.
