In 2004, the Chile Mojo store was born of necessity. A result of Joel Adams and Morgen Britt’s passion for Mexican cuisine and of all things Chile Pepper. Morgen, born and raised in Adelaide, met Joel while living in Seattle. The Chile Mojo idea was formed during this time as they knew the difficulty of finding essential Mexican ingredients in Australia. The background to all these wonderful Mexican foods and gifts is, of course, The Wall of Flame. Hundreds of bottles of hot sauce, BBQ sauce, wing sauce and more, vie for your attention when you walk into the store.
